Business Center Manager

Paul Michael Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a growing flexible workspace solutions provider seeking an energetic and customer-focused Business Centre Manager to join their team in Boskruin, Randburg.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing customer service, operations, administration, facilities coordination, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the business centre

• Acting as the primary point of contact for members, visitors, and prospective clients

• Conducting office and workspace tours

• Coordinating meeting rooms, office allocations, and member services

• Managing administration, billing support, and record keeping

• Overseeing suppliers, maintenance, and facility standards

• Building strong client relationships and supporting member retention

• Identifying opportunities to upsell workspace solutions and grow occupancy

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' experience in office management, business centres, hospitality, reception, or a similar customer-facing environment

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently

• Confidence engaging with clients and conducting tours or sales-related activities

Compensation and Benefits • R8,000 - R12,000 cost to company per month.
