Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily on-site operations.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Report progress to project management.

Minimum Requirements

  • 15+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
  • Minimum Matric
  • NQF4/5/6 TJEKA Advantageous
  • Safety & Risk on Site Advantageous
  • Working at Heights Advantageous
  • Setting Out Advantageous

Experience

  • Solid experience in residential construction. Commercial construction experience advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
