Drive senior client relationships, business development, sales pipelines and proposals
Lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management clients
Drive market, client and competitor insights through immersive and data-driven analysis
Formulate corporate, business unit, and sales and service strategies
Lead the design of business models, operating models and business architecture
Conduct value architecture to identify cost-benefit insights for strategic opportunities
Lead experience, digital, and AI / Generative AI-led transformation initiatives in collaboration with broader Accenture teams (e.g. Accenture Song and Technology)
Play a leading role in building and growing the Financial Services Strategy & Consulting practice and community

10+ years’ experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big 4 or equivalent)
Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management
Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities
Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar)
Strong foundational Strategy & Consulting skills with extensive consulting delivery experience
Clear understanding of the opportunities presented by Technology, AI and Generative AI
Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking
Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution
Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation
