Employee will primarily be accountable for the overall management, administration and control of residential properties, promulgated under the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act, to the satisfaction of the trustees and members.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

  • 2 Years experience in Sectional Title & HOA Management
  • Good communicator
  • Good listener
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Problem solving skills
  • Neat and quality focused
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good written communication skills essential

SALARY RANGE

Negotiable and skills dependent
