SUMMARY

Our engineering and consulting client, operating in the energy, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, and environmental sectors, is currently seeking a talented Civil Designer to join their team.

POSITION INFO

Responsibilities: Checking of drawings on time and within budget - encompassing all aspects of a plant construction package in accordance with relevant standards and project requirements. Clarity and accuracy of drawings. Knowledge and adherence to CAD Procedures. Knowledge of and adherence to applicable standards and the company Drafting Procedures. Accurate completion and timely submission of timesheets. Adherence to project man-hour budgets. Adherence to company Standards and Procedures. Assist with training of junior draughtspersons Qualifications and Experience: Civil Diploma or equivalent. Intergraph Smartplant 3D Structural modelling software package experience. Bentley Microstation 3D CAD software package experience version 8 or later. 10 years minimum design draughting experience, specifically in the mining and minerals processing area.
