POSITION INFO

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the SHEQ Manager in fulfilling responsibilities for Quality Establish, implement and maintain functions to ensure conformance to IATF16949 and Customer Specific requirements Support the SHEQ Management team Develop and maintain process documentation Facilitate projects, processes, procedures, and monitoring systems Minimum Requirements: Matric Advanced Courses in ISO9001 and IATF16949 Minimum 4 Years' Experience in Quality Control Relevant tertiary qualification Knowledge in Excel, Word, Steel Manufacturing, Mechanical Properties, GD&T interpretation, SPC Analysis, Measuring Instruments, and more Skills Required: Excellent Planning, Project Management, and Problem-Solving Skills Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills Effective Analytical and Motivating Skills Responsibilities: Support QA Management Team in process documentation Manage QC processes, audits, and non-conforming outputs Identify risks and propose countermeasures Monitor performance and effectiveness of processes Promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Participate in Internal Audits General: Safety conscious attitude Maintain Company's reputation Goal Driven, Self Motivated, and Detail Oriented Requires a high level of Training, occasional Travel, and Own Reliable Transport
