SUMMARY

Our client, a well-established company is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join their field services team.

Role Purpose

Installation, maintenance, commissioning, and repair of combustion systems (burners and boilers), ensuring safe and efficient operation in line with industry standards.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements B Tech: Mechanical Engineering or N. Dip Mechanical Engineering 3–4 years' installation experience with burners and boilers (green energy exposure advantageous) 4–8 years in an industrial/engineering environment (advantageous) Ability to issue COC certificates Basic electrical knowledge (ELC1 and ELC2) SANS 329 / SANS 347 accreditation (advantageous) Computer literate – MS Office Suite, MS Teams (Accpac/Xero advantageous) Key Responsibilities Commissioning, installation, and breakdown response Site surveys, reporting, and client liaison Remote monitoring and software updates Supporting junior technicians Contributing to departmental sales targets Local and international travel required To apply or for more information, contact: Danika Lubbe | Recruitment Researcher | Email: | LinkedIn:
