The Role
This is not an account management position. We are looking for hardcore, high-performing corporate hunters who can unlock enterprise-level opportunities, navigate complex procurement landscapes, and secure high-value, long-term contracts with FMCG, industrial, and blue-chip brands.
Because top-tier sales talent values different things, we offer two flexible engagement models:
1. The Structured Hunter (Basic + Commission): Office-based in Midrand, running meetings and moving out from the office to secure clients. This offers a steady foundation paired with strong performance incentives.
2. The Autonomous Maverick (Commission-Only): Offers maximum flexibility, remote/field-based autonomy, and an uncapped, premium commission structure designed for self-driven heavy hitters who want total control over their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition: Identify, target, and close large-scale enterprise accounts across South Africa.
Solution Selling
Pitch tailored solutions integrating our core business pillars: kitting, packing, warehousing, merchandising, and corporate apparel.
C-Suite Engagement
Build and maintain powerful relationships with C-suite executives, supply chain directors, and procurement heads.
Deal Structuring
Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements to drive exponential revenue growth.
Hardcore Closing Capabilities
A proven, undeniable track record of opening doors and successfully closing high-value B2B enterprise contracts.
