Electrical Team Leader – Manufacturing (Vereeniging Area)

Are you a qualified electrical professional with a trade test, ready to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an Electrical Team Leader based in the Vereeniging area to oversee electrical maintenance and ensure smooth, safe operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a small team of artisans and technicians
• Plan shifts, assign tasks, and ensure electrical maintenance work is completed safely and on time
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly
• Work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently
• Monitor maintenance costs and drive continuous improvement
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

What you bring

• Electrical Trade Test qualification and relevant electrical certification
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical maintenance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team
• Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Based in or near the Vereeniging area
