Role Description
CES Africa is looking for a motivated and professional HR Officer / Administrator to join our team in Ladysmith.

Minimum Requirements
Relevant HR qualification
Previous experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of South African labour legislation
Strong administration and communication skills
Must be able to speak isiZulu
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Own reliable transport essential
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and onboarding processes
• Employee relations and disciplinary procedures
• HR administration and employee record management
• Attendance and leave administration
• Supporting labour law compliance requirements
• Providing general HR support to management and employees
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
