Junior Fleet Supervisor (Night Shift)

Our client in the fleet and logistics sector is seeking a Junior Fleet Supervisor for a permanent night shift position based in Boksburg

This role offers excellent growth potential and is ideally suited to a junior candidate looking to build a career within fleet management and logistics.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday {18h00 - 6:00am}
• Optional to work Friday and Saturday shifts available at overtime rates

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a fleet of approximately 25 vehicles
• Ensure all trucks are loaded and operating efficiently
• Record and monitor vehicle kilometre readings
• Capture and maintain fleet information on Excel-based systems
• Transfer operational data to relevant work schedules and reports
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
• Monitor licence renewals and expiration dates
• Liaise with panel beaters regarding vehicle repairs
• Manage and maintain incident and accident reports
• Ensure fleet compliance and operational readiness at all times

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on night shift
• Previous exposure to fleet, transport, or logistics operations would be advantageous

Salary

• R10,000 to R12,000 per month
• Salary dependent on experience
