Business Systems Analyst (x3)

An exciting opportunity exists for three Business Systems Analysts to join a high-impact regulatory and compliance programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to analyse requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions.

• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Support solution design, testing, defect management, and implementation activities.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or BTech (NQF 6-7) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling, stakeholder engagement, testing, and documentation.
