Finance Executive

We’re hiring a Finance Executive to support a UK-based client from our Sandton office. This role offers hands-on exposure across a wide range of finance functions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, within a fast-paced, international environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and build strong all-round finance experience

• Managing AP and AR processes
• Posting bills and supporting payment runs
• Handling invoicing, credit control and communicating directly with customers regarding accounts and outstanding payments ​​​​​​​
• Performing bank and supplier reconciliations
• ​​​​​​​Reviewing aged reports and supporting finance projects

• Experience across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Credit control experience, including following up on outstanding payments
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers regarding finance queries
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience using Xero advantageous
• High attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach
• Degree in Accounting & Finance advantageous, but not required
