Residential Property Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join one of our clients, supporting their UK Residential Property team.

You’ll manage your own residential property matters while also supporting and overseeing a team of paralegals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing a busy caseload and helping a wider team perform at its best.

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters.
• Providing legal advice and support to clients.
• Managing and supporting a team of paralegals.
• Keeping clients updated throughout their property transactions.
• Ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
• Working towards agreed fee and performance targets.
• Supporting the continued growth of the Residential Property team.
• Ensuring work meets relevant UK legal and professional standards.

• 5-6+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Licensed Legal Executive.
• Strong residential property experience.
• Knowledge of the England and Wales jurisdiction or equivalent transferable experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Confident managing and supporting junior team members.
• Excellent client communication and service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently.
