Supervisor (Engineering)

• Manage and supervise staff in all workshop activities.

• Meet all statuary and legal requirements.

• On the job training.

• Maintain good industrial relations.

• Maintain good housekeeping and safe work conditions.

• Meet production targets.

• Maintain and manage budgets, KPI’s and cost control.

• Propose and implement cost saving initiatives.

• 5 years’ experience as a qualified artisan.

• 3 years supervisory experience.

• Code EC/C licence.

• Completed a relevant Tertiary Diploma.

• Degree in Transport or Business management would be advantageous.
