Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with Mathematics.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales.
- Learn to identify and source agricultural machinery parts accurately.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring availability, ordering based on movement
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and binning stock.
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and correctly labelled.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control processes.
- Capture sales orders and quotations under supervision.
- Support workshop and service department parts requirements.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and clients.
- Learn and understand CASE IH and other agricultural equipment parts catalogues and systems.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Participate in training and development initiatives
- Stay up to date with agricultural technologies and equipment to serve customers better.
- Point-of-sale process including cash and card transactions.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping of stock and displays.
- Commit to continuous training and growth, both personally and professionally.
