Incentives & Recognition Manager

My client is looking for an Incentives & Recognition Manager to join their dynamic team.

Requirements

A BCom (Marketing), BCom (Communications) or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a comparable role within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

* Experience in a sales or call centre environment is highly beneficial.

* Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial administration and cash-handling processes is required.

* Event management experience is an advantage.

* A genuine comfort and confidence with numbers is essential - you must be able to work accurately with data, validate figures, manage budgets and produce reliable reports independently.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required; competency in Word and PowerPoint is expected.

* Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and video editing platforms.

* Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms for content, communication and reporting.

* Social media management experience, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.
