• Familiarity with AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct with the feature team members, system analysis, design, development and testing for their assigned
• technical products or applications within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model.
• Create solutions and solve problems using a cloud-native toolchain and AI coding assistants as a standard part
• of delivery,
• Work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Work to ensure that systems are safe and secure against Cybersecurity threats.
• Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines to maintain quality control and deployment agility.
• Resolve escalated support topics as part of tier-2/3 DevOps team to ensure the highest availability of critical
• applications.
• Plan and execute upgrade of existing applications, tools, and features.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Qualification/Experience

• IT Degree / Diploma
• experience with Angular and/or Java applications, min 10+ years
• experience with AI-assisted engineering practices
