What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Business development and developing your own client base
  • Sourcing, screening, and matching top talent
  • Advising candidates throughout their career journey
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Managing your own pipeline and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
  • Confidence in cold calling and client engagement
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with Placement Partner is advantageous
  • Degree or Honours in Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or Business
