SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect: Cape Town: Permanent Position

Educational Background

  • BSc. Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession and Development, Compensation, Learning, EC Payroll or Time Off
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules such as Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors BizX modules and Platform Administration, etc. are desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, API’s and other integration patterns

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4) and project & program management methodologies
  • Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) will be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 (to guide feasibility, not to develop
