Technical Solutions Analyst - IT Systems and Infrastructure

Technical Solutions Analyst with a BCom/BSc Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Professional with software and data design, system design and integration and Cloud solutions experience, required to strengthen the capability within the Technical Engineering Practice by bridging the gap between business requirements, systems design and technical implementation, for this Insurance FSP based in Bellville.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business requirements, systems design and technical implementation
• Provide analytical and design support across systems and infrastructure

• Design feasible and compliant technical solutions based on functional and technical requirements
• Bridge the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation
• Document solution designs, integration points, and dependencies to support effective implementation and ongoing operations
• Ensure solution designs align with Group IT architecture, security, and governance standards
• Integrate applications and data to create cohesive and consistent user experiences
• Integrate systems and infrastructure for performance, high availability, security and cost effectiveness
• Work with software and data developers as well as system vendors to implement solutions
• Ensure that systems and processes meet regulatory requirements
• Propose IT solutions to company challenges
• Assess technologies and platform

Minimum requirements:

• BCom / BSc degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT professional
• Experience in software and data design
• Experience in system design and integration
• Experience in Cloud solutions
• Proven track record of project delivery
