We're now looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner-led demand generation programmes that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition and commercial success across Africa and the Middle East.

As our Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing regional partner marketing strategies that generate measurable demand, qualified pipeline and revenue. Working closely with Sage's strategic partner ecosystem, Sales teams and wider Marketing functions, you'll create and deliver joint go-to-market programmes that accelerate growth across multiple markets.

This is a highly commercial role, ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic relationships, influencing stakeholders and turning partner collaboration into measurable business outcomes.

We have a hybrid working pattern at Sage, colleagues must work in the Johannesburg office 3 days a week and work 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute a regional partner marketing strategy across South Africa, East Africa and the Middle East.

Build and strengthen relationships with key strategic partners across the region.

Create joint marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives, revenue opportunities and growth ambitions.

Design and deliver integrated lead generation campaigns and programmes that drive qualified pipeline.

Manage partner marketing investment, MDF and co-marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.

Partner closely with Sales and Partner Sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities and market opportunities.

Establish clear performance measures and use data-driven insights to optimise programmes and demonstrate commercial impact.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, B2B technology, software or SaaS environments.
  • Experience delivering partner marketing programmes across multiple African markets.
  • A proven track record of driving partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing MDF, co-marketing budgets and partner investments.
  • A solid understanding of demand generation, marketing funnels and performance measurement.
  • A commercial mindset and passion for delivering measurable business outcomes through marketing.
