Night Supervisor - Hospital - East Rand

A leading private hospital in the East Rand is seeking a highly experienced Night Supervisor to oversee hospital operations and nursing services during night shifts. This opportunity is suited to nursing professionals with a proven track record in hospital-based leadership and night supervision.

• Lead and coordinate all hospital nursing units during night shifts.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
• Provide operational oversight and support to nursing teams across the hospital.
• Manage incidents, emergencies, and escalation processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Support unit managers and facilitate continuity of care across departments.
• Monitor clinical practices and address operational challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate reports, incident documentation, and shift handovers.

• Degree in Nursing Administration / Management.
• Degree in General Nursing.
• Current SANC Registration.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Night Supervisor within a hospital environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary nursing teams.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, risk management, and quality standards.
• Experience within a private hospital environment will be advantageous.
