The Online Senior Product Designer is a hands-on design specialist responsible for delivering high quality, customer led experiences across Woolworths Online (App and Web). This role combines expert execution with leadership through influence, owning end-to-end experience design on priority journeys, shaping experience quality standards, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, CRO, Research, Trade and Marketing to deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes. The role is accountable for ensuring design work is evidence-led, scalable, build-ready, and delivers meaningful impact.
