Location: Remote, Field-Based South Africa

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (100% Commission-Based)

Apex Fleet Alliance is a specialised fleet risk and compliance consultancy. We deliver pre-roadworthy safety audits, night-time depot inspections, and full AARTO compliance risk frameworks for commercial fleet operators across South Africa.

The Opportunity With upcoming strict AARTO enforcement, commercial transport companies face severe operational risks and demerit suspensions. We are recruiting autonomous, high-performing B2B Sales Specialists to target logistics directors and fleet managers.

Your objective is to secure high-ticket monthly retainers (ranging from R30.000 to R400,000+ per month).

Candidate Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, cold calling, or high-ticket deal negotiation (Logistics, Industrial, or Commercial Transport background preferred).
  • Own Transport: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for client site visits.

Please Note: This is a 100% commission-only independent contractor position. There is no basic salary, draw-against-commission, or vehicle/fuel allowance provided.
