Engineering Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers at their respective sites. This role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of equipment, as well as customer training and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of engineering equipment

- Install and configure new equipment at customer sites

- Provide training and support to customers on the use and operation of equipment

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed

- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field

- Relevant trade test

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering equipment

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
