We're Hiring: Senior Managers – Kove Collection, Cape Town

Kove Collection is an established luxury hospitality group in Cape Town, with a portfolio of luxury restaurants, bars, and boutique hotels across the Atlantic Seaboard and Constantia, including Blanko, Paranga, Zenzero, and The Nines. We're passionate about crafting exceptional guest experiences, and our people are at the heart of that.

We're on the lookout for Restaurant Floor Managers to join our restaurant teams. We’re looking for people who bring energy, warmth, and genuine care to every guest interaction.

What we're after

  • A natural love and flair for hospitality.
  • A true team player who leads by example on the floor
  • A background in similar premium / luxury hospitality environments
  • Can-do attitude. Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, hands-on
