We’re hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer

Mining | 10+ years’ experience

We’re looking for a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer who can take a design from first concept through to close-out — and own the project along the way.

What you’ll do

  • Lead mechanical design projects from start to finish
  • Produce detailed designs, draughting and manufacturing-ready packs
  • Build and maintain bills of materials
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables
  • Compile close-out reports at project completion

What you must bring

  • 10+ years’ mechanical design experience
  • Proven project management on design work
  • Strong SolidWorks skills
  • Full-cycle design experience (concept → detail → manufacture/install → close-out)
  • Draughting and BOM competence
  • Mining industry experience
