Senior Agile Coach

Our client is seeking a senior Agile Coach Consultant to support teams and leaders in embedding effective Agile, Kanban and Flight Levels ways of working. This 6-month contract is suited to an experienced practitioner who can influence sustainable change, improve delivery flow and use data-driven insights to increase predictability and reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Agile coaching, Scrum Mastery or a related role.
• At least 2 years' experience coaching multiple teams concurrently.
• Proven hands-on experience in Agile/Kanban environments.
• Strong understanding of Kanban, Flight Levels and Scrum fundamentals.
• Kanban Coach (AKC) or Flight Levels Coach (FLC) certification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Relevant Agile/Kanban coaching certification such as AKC, FLC or ICP-ACC, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience configuring workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or Asana.
• Experience defining and reporting on delivery and flow metrics.
• Practical experience leveraging LLM/AI technology to support team improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to influence teams and leaders without formal authority.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid right to work in the applicable jurisdiction.
