Foreman / Construction Supervisor – Ceilings & Partitioning

FOCI Group is looking for an experienced Foreman / Construction Supervisor specialising in ceiling and partitioning works for an upcoming construction project.

The successful candidate must have strong hands-on experience supervising ceiling and partitioning installation works and ensuring that workmanship, safety, quality and programme requirements are achieved.

Minimum Requirements

• National Certificate or recognised Trade Certificate in Ceiling and Partitioning Installation or a closely related trade
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in ceiling and partitioning works
• Proven experience as a Foreman, Construction Supervisor or similar supervisory role
• Experience supervising installation teams and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of ceiling systems, drywall partitioning and associated finishing works
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions
• Strong understanding of quality control and construction safety requirements
• Good communication, planning and site coordination skills

• Certified copy of National Certificate or Trade Certificate

Certified documents should preferably be certified within the last three months.
