Project Manager - Installations & Quality Assurance

A hands-on project management role responsible for coordinating site readiness, verifying installation requirements, controlling quality and managing the client experience through final handover.

Flexible, approximately R20,000 per month depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation and project site visits.
• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions, access, levels, conditions and installation requirements.
• Check site requirements and planned work against approved quotations, scope and client expectations before installation.
• Coordinate installation readiness and identify potential site issues before teams are deployed.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, specifications and completion standards.
• Perform quality assurance and formal quality checks during and after installation.
• Manage client queries, complaints and site-related concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate corrective actions where work does not meet the required standard or quoted scope.
• Maintain clear project records, site information and communication with relevant internal teams.
• Conduct final inspections and manage project completion and client handover.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of relevant project, installation or site-management experience.
• Strong practical measuring, planning and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to quality, detail and accountability.
• Professional client communication and complaint-handling skills.
• Able to manage multiple active jobs, site priorities and deadlines.
