Are you an experienced delivery leader with a strong background in enterprise software programs, insurance transformation, and AI-enabled delivery? We are looking for a Program Director to lead complex customer programs, drive measurable business outcomes, and deliver strategic value at scale.

About the Role

As a Program Director, you will own the execution and delivery integrity of large-scale customer programs. You will be accountable for governance, milestone management, risk mitigation, commercial outcomes, and customer success while leveraging AI-enabled delivery practices to accelerate time-to-value.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong delivery discipline, insurance domain expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from initiation through execution and closure
• Drive customer time-to-value through effective program governance and milestone management
• Manage large, multi-workstream SaaS implementation, integration, data migration, and business transformation programs
• Establish and govern milestone-based delivery and exit criteria
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive leadership
• Identify risks early and proactively manage escalations and dependencies
• Partner with Customer Success teams to support retention, renewal, and growth opportunities
• Lead global teams including Project Managers, offshore delivery teams, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve reporting, risk management, documentation, and delivery effectiveness

Required Experience

• 10 -15 years of enterprise software program management experience
• Minimum 5 years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Strong experience within Insurance, FinTech, or Policy Administration environments
• Proven track record managing complex multi-workstream programs
• Expertise in governance, change management, scope control, milestone-based delivery, and commercial management
• Experience leading distributed global teams and partner ecosystems
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Postgraduate qualification in Business or Technology (advantageous)
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification (required)
• SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP (preferred)
