About The Opportunity

Join FCM as a VIP Travel Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional business travel experiences for high-value corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing complex domestic, regional, and international travel arrangements. You'll partner closely with travellers, travel bookers, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless travel, outstanding service delivery, and long-term client retention. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic, regional, and international travel arrangements
• Manage complex itineraries including multiple destinations, visa requirements, and special travel accommodations
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with client travel policies and budgets
• Support and promote customer online adoption initiatives
• Service, retain, and grow assigned client portfolios
• Manage travel quotations, bookings, finance-related queries, complaints, and customer escalations
• Ensure all enquiries are actioned within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide clients with travel quotes, confirmations, and documentation within required timeframes
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Adhere to One Best Way processes and procedures
• Balance speed, accuracy, and service excellence in a high-volume environment
• Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives
• Ensure business travel arrangements are cost-effective, well-organized, and policy compliant
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with procurement stakeholders, travel bookers, travellers, and preferred suppliers
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Experience & Qualifications

• Matric
• South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Corporate Travel
• Senior Travel Consultant experience
• Minimum 5+ years' Amadeus experience
• Domestic, Regional, International land and air booking experience
• Expert understanding of fares, ticketing, and air travel complexity
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within SLA requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Travel (advantageous)
