Drop Raise team - Long hole drilling

We’re hiring – H80 Long Hole Rig crew (Drop Raise)

Four vacancies - Water powered H80 LHR for drop-raise. Safety-first, production-driven team.

Drop Raise Shift Overseer – Supervise the H80 drop-raise crew on shift. Plan the cycle, allocate people and the rig, hit advance and safety targets, do inspections and legal appointments.

Need: Blasting certificate, Shift Overseer / Shiftboss certificate, 5+ years UG mining (2+ supervisory), H80 or similar longhole experience an advantage. Medically fit.

Drop Raise Miner – Set up and drill to plan, charge and blast in sequence, support ground, record production. Lead the crew at the face.

Need: Hard-rock blasting certificate, 3–5 years drop-raise experience, H80 or DTH water-powered rig experience preferred. Medically fit.

Drop Raise Operator – Operate the H80 LHR: set-up in confined headings, collar and drill long holes accurately, handle rods, maintain the water-powered DTH system and keep the machine productive.

Need: Experience on longhole / DTH / H80-type rigs, strong mechanical aptitude, UG mining experience. Relevant operator competency. Medically fit.

Drop Raise Assistant – Support the H80 crew: site prep, mark and plot holes, erect cradle / H-frame, fit machine, assist charging and clean-up before and after holing.

Need: Drop Raise Assistant certificate (or equivalent), ±2 years relevant UG experience. Medically fit.
