Finance Manager (Project Finance - EPC - Petrochemical - Construction - Saldanha - Contract)

Our client, a petroleum storage and terminal development company, is looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their growing team based in Saldana Bay, Cape Town. This is forecasted to be a 30 month project-based contract.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years’ finance experience, with at least 5 years in project finance, construction finance, cost control, or capital projects.
• Experience on EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, tank farm, terminal, infrastructure, energy, or major industrial projects is highly advantageous.
• Ability to interpret EPC contracts, payment milestones, commercial schedules, change orders, securities, and financial risk provisions.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost reporting, commitments, accruals, variations, and financial close-out.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP, project controls, or cost management systems is preferred.
