Snr Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Do organizational and stakeholder analysis for Bus Transformation projects
• Note: These are not IT systems projects, but Strategic level business projects
• Work with PM's / BA's to understand the business impact of the change
• Implement Comm Plans, manage stakeholders and their expectations
• Ensure Training is delivered appropriately, assess business readiness for change

Skills Required

• 8-10 yrs Change Management exp. is required
• Incl. 2-3 yrs Change Management on Bus Transformation Projects
• Change Management certs (like PROSCI) are preferred

Work Arrangement

• This is a long term full time work contract
• Starting ASAP (does not require immediate availability)
• Working on a 2-3 day hybrid work model (at their offices in Randburg)
• Applicants must be based in Gauteng ( own travel to Randburg)
• Foreigners must have a valid Work Permit until Dec 2028
