Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating data sources, creating insightful visualizations, and ensuring efficient data modeling. This role also involves managing task tracking and workflow using Microsoft Teams Planner, and providing clear documentation for user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering scalable and practical solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data modeling, transformation, and visualization to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Integrate various data sources into the Power BI environment.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Planner for effective task tracking and workflow management.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly solutions and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and practicality of implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards.
• Atleast 5+ Years of relevant work experience in power BI developer or in a similar role
• Atleast 5+ Years of relevant work experience in developing Power BI dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and reporting best practices.
• Experience in integrating diverse data sources into Power BI.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Teams Planner for task tracking and workflow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create user-friendly solutions and provide clear documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• We are looking to hire someone who can join immediately or with 30 days of notice
