Maintenance Supervisor - HOD

One of my clients, a manufacturing company based in the East of Johannesburg, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. The suitable candidate must have 5 Years experience on Supervisory level, and they must have CNC experience, they must have Fanuc knowledge and must have Millwright Trade Test

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for planned preventative and predictive maintenance
• Planning of Maintenance needs according to Production requirements
• Supervision of the Maintenance team and subordinates
• Ensuring that the team is equipped with proper safety equipment
• Controlling of expenditure within the approved budget for Plant repairs and building maintenance
• Capturing of Job Cards and completing of accident reports
• Raising purchase requisitions
• Ensuring that critical spares are in stock

Qualifications required

• A Degree or relevant National Diploma
• Must have Millwright Trade Test

Skills and experience required

• Must have CNC experience
• Must have Fanuc knowledge
• Must have been on Maintenance Supervisory level or Management role for at least 5 Years
• Must have proven experience and Technical knowledge in CNC Machines, Machining Centres, PLC, Electrical Fault Finding, Mechanical Maintenance, Machine breakdowns and Machine Tools

R 950 000 CTC per annum
