Salary: R16,500 - R20 000 Gross per Month

The Wright Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join a growing organisation.

\uD83D\uDD39 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations

• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting

• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Prepare invoices, statements and payment schedules

• Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on payments

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

• Liaise with auditors, suppliers and internal departments when required

• Provide financial information and support to management

\uD83D\uDD39 REQUIREMENTS

Matric

Relevant Accounting/Finance qualification

Minimum 3–5 years' relevant financial experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Excellent communication and organisational skills
