We are recruiting for the role of;
Candidate Valuer
Roles
- Assist Senior Valuers
Assist with property valuations, including site inspections, research, and analysis.
- Data collection
Gather data on property market trends, comparable sales, and other relevant information.
- Report preparation
Participate in the preparation of valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Support administrative tasks
Assist with administrative tasks related to valuations, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements;
- Matric / N4 / Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant NQF level 7 Qualification
- Relevant Experience 1 to 2 years
