Corporate Finance Manager - Financial Due Diligence

An established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Corporate Finance Manager to join its Deals team, with a primary focus on financial due diligence and additional exposure to JSE advisory and valuation engagements.

You will provide transaction-related financial and accounting advice to a range of corporate, private equity and lender clients, supporting both buyers and vendors across a broad range of sectors and transaction environments.

Experience Requirements

• CA(SA), CFA, MBA or relevant Master's degree in Finance, Applied Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years' post-articles Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory experience.
• Current or recent experience in a financial due diligence role at Manager level.
• Strong experience in financial due diligence across corporate, private equity and/or lender transactions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial statements, financial ratios, working capital, cash flow and net debt analysis.
