• Providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitoring patients and identifying changes in their condition.
• Administering medication and treatments according to protocols.
• Assisting with emergency procedures and interventions.
• Managing and monitoring ICU equipment.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Working closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team.
• Promoting infection prevention and patient safety.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

• Diploma/Degree in General Nursing.
• Post Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
• Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years’ ICU experience.
• Strong clinical and critical-care knowledge.
• Confident managing high-acuity patients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced ICU environment.
