Aesthetic Sales Representative

A young, dynamic and fast-growing company within the medical aesthetics industry is seeking an energetic and driven Aesthetic Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and increase sales within the Cape Town region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and workshops
• Provide ongoing support, product training and advice to clients
• Promote products at exhibitions, trade shows and customer events
• Follow up on leads and opportunities generated from events and networking
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BSc Degree / Somatology qualification or other Human Science qualification
• Previous sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, skincare or medical aesthetics industries
• Advantageous if experienced in working with Doctors and Aesthetic Clinics
• Presentable, professional and well spoken
• Confident, proactive and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a “sales hunter” mindset
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

REMUNERATION

• Basic Salary: R22 000 per month

(Salary increases to the next tier based on regional growth and performance)

• R4 000 Car Allowance
• Fuel Card
• Cell Allowance
• Monthly Commission Structure:
  • Commission payable from Rand one
  • Commission paid from 80% of target achieved
  • Uncapped earning potential
