Job Title: Sales And Marketing Intern (6 Months)

Are you a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing, branding and communication? Lingua Franca Publishers is looking for a motivated marketing graduate to join our internship programme and gain hands-on experience in the publishing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote educational materials and children's books.
• Assist with managing the company’s social media platforms.
• Assist with coordinating book launches, exhibitions, literacy events and school/library activations.
• Assist with building and maintaining relationships with schools, bookstores, libraries and educational stakeholders.
• Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials such as catalogues, flyers, newsletters and promotional presentations.
• Assist with conducting market research on publishing trends, reader interests and competitor activities within the education and book sector.
• Assist with monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and book sales promotions.
• Assist with identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand the company’s reach and visibility in the publishing industry.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Duration: June 2026 - November 2026)

Paid: Yes (Stipend)
