COMPLIANCE AND RISK OFFICER

Location: Krugersdorp, Gauteng

Employment Type: Permanent | Onsite

Salary: R55,000 per month

JOB OVERVIEW

A leading AgTech company is seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Officer to manage compliance, credit risk and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage FICA and NCA compliance.

* Conduct CDD and EDD.

* Monitor regulatory and operational risks.

* Support audits and regulatory inspections.

* Prepare compliance and risk reports.

REQUIREMENTS

* Relevant qualification in Compliance, Risk, Law, Finance or related field.

* 3–5 years’ relevant experience.

* Practical FICA and NCA compliance experience – essential.

* Experience in compliance, credit risk or financial services.

* Strong knowledge of FICA, NCA and credit risk.

* Language proficiency: Fluent Afrikaans and English.
