Compass Collective is expanding.
We are looking for a highly detail driven Travel Consultant & Visa Administrator to join our operations team. This is not a sales or client relationship management role. Our consultants and agents handle the client relationships. Your role is execution.
You will be responsible for handling travel bookings, visa administration, amendments, refunds, reissues, and operational support across domestic and international travel, with a strong focus on seafarers, luxury travel, and globally mobile professionals.
This role requires someone who can take clear instruction, execute efficiently, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy across all systems and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
• Book and manage domestic and international travel reservations
• Handle visa administration and supporting documentation
• Manage flight reissues, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately
• Process online and offline reservations across air, accommodation, transfers, car hire, and related travel services
• Continuously monitor and action the Consultant Dashboard in TravelIT
• Ensure all bookings comply with client policies and operational standards
• Assist efficiently during emergency travel situations and last minute itinerary changes
• Maintain strong turnaround times while working under pressure
• Complete all required monthly and adhoc training
• Work closely with internal consultants and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
System Requirements & Experience
• Strong GDS knowledge essential
• Amadeus experience preferred
• Experience with Sabre, Galileo, and other GDS platforms advantageous
• Understanding of Club fares and marine/seafarer travel advantageous
• Previous experience in travel operations and visa administration required
• Strong understanding of international routing and fare structures
Performance Expectations
• Low error ratio for all online and offline transactions
• 95% online adoption
• 99% call answering rate required
• 90% adherence to Call SLA criteria
• 95% quality control pass rate on reservations
• Accurate handling of refunds, reissues, and booking amendments
• Consistent monitoring and actioning of operational dashboards and queues
