Technical Advisor Monogastric

Tracer Consult is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the animal nutrition and feed industry for an experienced Technical Advisor – Monogastric.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong professional with a passion for poultry nutrition, customer relationships and delivering practical, science-based solutions to commercial producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers producing broilers and layer hens.

• Advise clients on nutrition, feed programmes and production performance.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular farm visits.

• Analyse production data and provide practical recommendations to optimise flock performance.

• Work closely with internal nutrition, formulation and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or a related Agricultural field.

Experience within the monogastric feed industry (at least 3 years in a similar role)

Sound knowledge of broiler and layer nutrition and production systems.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.

Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s licence.
