Professional Construction Manager

Our client is an established construction company delivering major civil infrastructure and road construction projects across South Africa. They are looking for an experienced Professional Construction Manager to take a leading role in the management and delivery of projects in the Northern Cape, ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standard.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years’ relevant experience in civil construction, with strong experience in road and infrastructure projects
• Education : BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
• Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager
• Proven experience managing large-scale civil construction and road projects from commencement through to completion

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and professional consultants.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, resources and construction methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
