Our company provides services within the butchery/meat and retail industry (FMCG) providing spices, casings and butchery equipment. Our offices are based in Pretoria, and we are looking for an experienced field sales representative to assist in growing our market footprint.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility for remote work, while requiring a presence at our office on request or for sales meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will receive product training across our range of offerings and be expected to represent the company in the Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal (dependant on existing location).

This is a full-time off-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in the Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal areas. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Servicing an existing client base;

• Identifying and pursuing sales leads (seeking of new customers);

• Building and maintaining client relationships and closing sales daily.

• Adhering to and maintaining a call schedule in a given area;

• Meeting with existing and potential clients;

• Arranging and conducting product trials and tastings on a weekly basis;

• Negotiating deals and keeping up with market trends;

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that we add value to our clients' businesses.

• Tracking of sales activities;

• Prepare sales reports;

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and budgets.

• Matric Certificate or equivalent Diploma in the FMCG industry.

• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.

• Proven track record in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.

• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyse Sales Data.

• Proficiency in MS Office (computer literacy).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in the sales and food sector with references.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Basic Salary (Negotiable dependant on sales experience)

• Cell Phone Allowance

• 10% Commission on GP sales

• Car Allowance / Company Car
