Legends IT.biz is looking for a customer-focused Onsite IT Support Technician to provide end-user support in a fast-paced business environment.

• Provide onsite IT support to end users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application issues.

• Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.

• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.

• Log and document all support activities accurately.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams.

• Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication.

• Work flexibly and provide rotational cover when required.

• Previous desktop, service desk or onsite IT support experience.

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user hardware.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Relevant IT qualifications will be advantageous.

• Must be based in Port Elizabeth.
